Program Administration and Timeline


The State Health Access Reform Evaluation will work with two groups to develop and guide the program:

  • The Technical Advisory Group (TAG) will contribute to the development and organization of the evaluation framework that underlies the program.
  • The Proposal Advisory Committee (PAG) will develop criteria, review, and rate responses to the SHARE Call for Proposals.

Technical Advisory Group (TAG): The TAG provides expert advice on the development of an evaluation framework designed to systematically evaluate health care reform. In addition, the TAG will provide feedback on the award structure, topic focus and scope of reform activities.

Program Advisory Group (PAG): The PAG will assist with the final formulation of grant criteria and provide input on grant proposals. This will include reviewing and rating grant applications and making final funding recommendations to the Foundation.
